I was contacted by Qualtrics recruiter via LinkedIn, requesting that hiring manager really liked my profile so would be great if I can be available for an interview, selling their company as a brand. Exceptionally poor interview structure, was interviewed for over 12 hours in 5 rounds plus 20 hours spend on a case study, still HR was not clear on interview process, Hiring manager was still not clear whether to hire or not. On other side everyone who interviewed gave really positive feedback via HR until I felt tired of their rounds. Wouldn't recommend them, its complete waste of time, don't get into their fancy comments. Recruiter send wrong interview schedules, once interviewer was not available on the the agreed schedule. Hiring manager was not sure which role they can fit in me, but when asked what role they are talking they kept keeping a secret. Btw after talking to 7-8 people excluding HR, I felt their work culture is totally chaotic, unorganised, leading to a messy and stressful environment.
