Interview
I was referred to the company through a mutual acquaintance of my boss who vouched for my work experience, training, and availability. The employer allowed me to spend close to a full day in the work environment to gauge my ability and readiness to take on the job responsibility. I was walked though a general list of daily responsibilities. I was offered the job on the spot, told the rate of pay available as well as the expected hours of availability. i agreed to come on board. I later filled out an application and all required paper work. The next day I went to take a background screening and awaited about a week for the results to come in.

The difficult part was not so much a question but being thrust into the work environment at the peak of activity to view the job duties I would be responsible for.
