I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Quality IP (Kent, OH) in Jan 2023
Interview
Interviewer didn't ask any questions really, just attempted to tell me what I did or didn't know, based on knowing nothing about me or my work history. Didn't like that I could only name two ticketing softwares I'd used off the top of my head (used 4-5 in my career, some were very crappy/forgettable and all I could think of was servicenow and connectwise) and wanted to claim I hadn't worked for an "actual MSP" before because the MSPs I've worked for didn't have like an entire monopoly on their client's IT infrastructure. We didn't talk about account management whatsoever, just kept circling back to the interviewer wanting to condescend me and make himself feel better

I applied online. I interviewed at Quality IP (Kent, OH) in Aug 2020
Interview
After applying, i received a call to set up a first interview via Microsoft Teams video chat. Spoke with HR who was very proffessional and inviting for conversation. Probably spoke for about 40 minutes. Which ended with scheduling a second interview, which they gave me an option to either do another video chat or in-person interview. A week later I met in person with the head of a dept, which really recapped the first interview, but had some more depth on the company , which lead to open questions. Than i had a mini interview with the CEO, which really touched on my work experince before we negotiated the details of the the possible offer. Which the CEO offered me the job on the spot, which she indicated never did before, explained its typically HR who calls after all QIP members had a collaborated and offers the iob.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Quality IP
Interview
Asked personal questions more than actual job related questions. It was fun, but awkward at the same time. I should've known then that it was an odd place. I just wish they ran things difgerently.

If I had kids or significant other. Also asked how old I was, which I didn't think was allowed?
