Applied online. HR manager contacted me within a few days. The phone interview was an extremely laid back conversation where i was asked to talk about myself and my past work experience. We briefly went over my resume before scheduling a time for an in person interview at the QC office. The in person interview was conducted by a panel of three managers and lasted a little under an hour. Basically they go over the job description so you are clear on the job responsibilities, they then hand it over to you to go over your resume and talk about why you would be a good fit and then they close with questions from the panel. Interview questions are situational. The panel is looking for your understanding of the job requirements, services and products that they provide, and how you would react in certain situations. QC is looking for entrepreneurial individuals who will do whatever it takes to get the job done! After the in person interview i was emailed a personality quiz to complete, and was also instructed to write a two page essay on QC and why i would be a good fit. QC is looking for both your responses and how well you are able to professional write and communicate your ideas.
