Three step process with a panel of 3 that had a series of 4-6 questions per person. Questions are standard for the service Qualicare provides, and they gave insight into what their interview style and process was when I asked before attending each part. Quick and direct feedback but does not exactly align with the realities of what the expectations are on the job. Minimal support and interaction with others when hired on, and high turnover in general. Must be a determined individual with strong sense of self to thrive in this environment.
