The interview process was very well-structured and transparent. It started with a one-hour call with the Talent Acquisition Partner, followed by a one-hour discussion with a Team Lead focused on my past experience and technical background. After that, I completed a take-home assignment, which was later reviewed in a 90-minute session with two backend engineers where we discussed my approach and design choices in detail. The final stage was a one-hour interview with senior leadership to assess cultural and value alignment. After each step, there was a short 15-minute debrief call to share feedback and next steps, which I really appreciated.
