The interviewers were very friendly and it was a pleasant interview. They did email a short test of financial and programming knowledge an hour before the interview which made the process slightly more daunting as it caught me off guard. However, overall I thought it was a fair test and they gave plenty of time during the interview to allow me to tackle the questions. However, they took over a month to initially get back to me and never got back to me on the result of my interview. Only after I repeatedly emailed did I get a response confirming that the application was unsuccessful. That is absolutely fine and I can understand their decision but I strongly believe applicants have a right to be informed of these decisions and was disappointed with the unprofessionalism here.
