2 rounds - 1st DGM
2nd round - CFO
DGM round is going to be mostly technical as you will be reporting to him as an analyst.
CFO may ask technical questions, but is more concerned about how well you fit in the organization.

Technical round with DGM, You go prepared with accounting standards such as revenue recognition, fixed assets, financial instruments.
It is helpful if you have little knowledge about forecasting, budgeting and MIS reporting.
