Interview
The job interview for the job opportunity has been done remotely by phone. The attendees were my past line manager and the HR advisor from the employment company. The interview has been scheduled during my lunchtime taking into account the time fuse between Italy and Kazakhstan (+4 hours). During the interview there was a problem with the phone line, therefore I had to manage to pass through a bridge phone center (office) in Italy. In the end, everything has been managed in the proper way and the phone job interview last for about 45 minutes.

Question 1
In the beginning, Line Manager has reviewed my CV and has asked info about my past projects. HR advisor has asked about my current role and my motivation to change the employer and accept a relocation to a new country.
Since I was applying for a management and technical position, I had to respond to a test comprising 3 questions; the first question was technical. The Line Manager has asked about the meaning of the 3D model review for an engineering construction project and what it should highlight.
