Applied via LinkedIn, was then texted by the Sr Recruiter and was asked my availability. He called me and asked me NO questions regarding my experience or anything just told me how great it was to work corporate and how easy the role was. He then asked me to interview with who would be my manager. We had a virtual interview the same day as the intial phone call, all seemed well! She told me she would follow up next week for my availability to get another virtual interview. I sent a very kind thank you email then was completely ghosted!!!!!!!! As a recruiter myself, that is the most annoying thing someone can do to you.
