Interview
The first 60 - 90 minutes are spent filling out a form by hand, followed by an assessment on a pc in the back. The actual interview with Lamont(?) was less than ideal. He was not very courteous in the interview; quite rude actually. He was more concerned with my past than what skills I had to offer. Quite frankly, I'm glad that I passed on this company.

Interview
Initial contact by phone and then formal interview. If you make it past the formal interview you are invited back to shadow and employee to make sure you want to work for the company. Questions were varied and focused on networking. OSI model, subnetting, NAT/PAT, basic CCNA level questions. Also..know what the "cloud" is and what it can be used for.
