I was recruited via my university recruiting platform. I interviewed with the head of HR and was taken in largely based on relevant experience and interesting extra-curriculars. Overall the team was very friendly and supportive of the on-boarding process.

Interview
There is a telephonic round with the Indian Manager, followed by another telephonic round with the European Head of Operations. This will be followed by a face to face interview in New Delhi office and lastly a telephonic round with the New York office.

Question 1
Questions are mostly regarding Derivatives - Futures, Options and Swaps. Different hedging strategies using these derivatives and other instruments. Qualitative questions would include why you want to do this job and what do you bring to the table.
