Typical associate attorney interview. Met with the two relevant partners. However, there was exactly zero follow-up on the part of the firm, not even a no. I did attempt to follow up twice with the firm and the partners in particular, but they went incommunicado on me.
I had a 10 or 15 min phone screener with a recruiter and was booked for an hour long interview with a managing partner. The interview ended with an offer.

Interviewers were friendly, casual, informal. Easy to communicate with, and forthcoming about the details of the position. The firm seems well organized and respected. Seemed like a great team to join!

I found the interview process at QPWB to be straightforward, friendly, and casual. I did have difficulty with the teams links they provided and had to reschedule the 2nd round interview.
