Interview
I submitted an application for Call Center Representative online at www.qfact.com in November of 2011. I heard nothing from the company until I received a phone call in early February of 2012. After answering a phone call from the hiring manager and giving him some basic information about me, I agreed to a phone interview that was relatively brief. At the conclusion of the phone interview I was told that I was hired. I then worked out a date and time to come in for training at QFact's facility in Cincinnati. Because I was training to be a Call Center Representative, the training was relatively brief. In fact, I found myself answering calls and interviewing people on the first night of training.
