Interview
Went through a day of "Apprentice" like group activity where you had to create and market a product in a few hours. At the end of the day you present it back to the group. During all that you get pulled away for one on one interviews.

Questions relating to Java (they give you a email and tell you all the questions and info you need to prep for before the one on one interview)
The interview was very strengths-based, requiring answering of 10 questions about the skills you need to be a technology consultant. This included logical, analytical, team work, and leadership skills. My interviewer was very welcoming.
