I met with three individuals, all similar in style, and their approach. Overall, the interview was very basic, and did not offer any real challenges. It was more of an interrogation in order to see if you could handle that type of environment; as it was described that the team is very critical of Leasing Reps, especially new ones. After a successful first interview, I was asked to come back for a second interview, to meet with the President of the organization. A few days later I received a call to set up that interview. Then, a few more days later, I received an email explaining they had canceled the second interview, and were not moving forward with me as a candidate. There are more professional ways to handle such a situation, and I consider this to be a reflection of the organization as a whole. Considering the hiring manager described the turnover as, "extremely high," I would assume this was for the best.
