Was contacted by text and initially asked for a phone call. This was then cancelled and later a video call was set up. I wasn't asked any questions about myself or my qualifications, only if I was willing to work in a different club than the one I had applied for.

Informal chat and then some formal questions about how you would go about things like getting clients and filling classes. Not a difficult interview as long as you're honest about your abilities.

Interview
Quick, simple, straight to the point. They basically are checking if you are a human who can be a point of responsibility on shift and if you are comfortable leading classes. You most likely will not need experience in the field and will just need to be a competent human being who can turn up to work and go through the paces.
