Pure Data Centres Group interview questions

Very cold, austere and unwelcoming atmosphere. Old fashioned approach to recruitment, attraction and candidate journey not attractive or very becoming given employers are in the war for talent. LinkedIn is their only preferred application method.

Two stage interview process. First round conversational and second round required me to put together a presentation on an acquisition in the market. I put a lot of effort into the presentation and the least they could have done was inform me I had been unsuccessful in my interview. Several follow up emails etc and not even a response to say no. It’s now been over 5 months since the interview. If that’s how they treat people then I’m actually glad they never made me an offer.
