I went through 3 interviews for the entry level position. Phone interview with project engineer. In person interview with project manager. In person with CEO. Have to send the projects I did at school. Got ghosted at the end but they probably got busy since the project engineer not HR is running the hiring process.

I asked the manager "what make a person qualify for this position?" But he wants me to answer it first.

Interview
The interview overall went well. Held it over zoom and we had a good conversation about the job and about the company, and what is to be expected upon the new role. It is unfortunate though that the company has done nothing to follow up about the job role after the interview. No email, phone call, or anything.
