For the interview I was originally to meet with the head of TA. Instead, I met with someone else on the team. That meeting went well. Then, I was scheduled to meet with the department head. I logged onto the meeting and the TA Head on already, and they said I was 15 minutes late. I was not as I was looking at the invite. We talked for over half and hour. Then I never heard from them again. There was no follow up whatsoever which is disrespectful of candidate's time and sloppy.
