Interview
Send in application online, wait for supervisor to call when they have a position open that you match with. They will then contact you to set up a meeting. Usually the positions are extremely entry level so if you are contacted, it is a good chance they're ready to hire you on the spot.
You have a choice of doing a zoom or in person interview. Dress professionally, and make sure to have a blank and quiet background. The interviewers know that you are a student.
It’s a round interview, each round have some specific questions about leadership and communication skills, and at the end it seems like every current employee will decide if this person is the fit for the team or not.
