Came across the job posting through my department. My PhD supervisor recommend me to the professor at Purdue. Just one interview with two supervisors who would co-advise me during my postdoc. Mostly focused on previous experience and what they expected for the role. Got the offer a few days letter.

Interview
Interview process was very professional and thorough. They arranged for a flight, hotel, and outlined my plan for an entire interview day. I had one-on-one meetings, gave a research presentation, and had group conversations. I was taken to lunch, and got a campus tour.
