      Director Interview

      1 Aug 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Montgomeryville, PA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PulseCX (Montgomeryville, PA)

      Interview

I was lucky enough to be able to meet everyone I needed to meet in one afternoon. I met with a variety of people across all departments and across all levels. It made me feel like they really cared about all of their employees opinion. They made sure I was comfortable and offered breaks periodically. The interviews felt more like conversations which was great, because I felt like personality was just as important to them as experience.

      Question 1

I was asked how I would have approached a problem I described to them differently had there not been so many "cooks in the kitchen."
