After sending in my resume, I received a call from an HR rep, a few weeks later. It was obvious that the initial phone call was the HR reps opportunity to hear the way that I spoke over the phone, as I was applying for a call center customer service position. She asked simple preliminary interview questions & Scheduled me to come in for an interview.
