It was pretty lame, they took 1st coding round at sapient office, which nobody checked i'm pretty sure.
second and third skype round, they went fine
after answering all the questions right, next thing i hear from HR is not getting selected.
long and tiring process and person who took final round looked pretty egoistic with his UCB background.
