Three round process. First a short phone call to confirm my CV, then a coding challenge, and finally a longer video call where they asked about my previous experience, and how I would deal with certain challenges facing the company.

Very friendly interviewer - interview was not stressful at all. I had already successfully completed a coding OA in the previous round, and so this interview was purely behavioual. Questions, included "why Publicis?", as well as scenario-based questions, e.g. "two members in your team keep disagreeing and are not getting along; how would you try to resolve this. "
