Interview was neither easy nor too hard. I applied as a .NET Trainer. Total 5 rounds were conducted.
First two were from Recruitment leadership and later 3 were by Practice Leadership.
The process was well defined, which I admire. One must be prepared for such interviews.
for 4th and 5th round of leadership interview I was called face to face, of which they paid me the airfare and cab.
The process was exhaustive.
