Three interviews with hiring manager, a group strategy director and the local MD. First interview was a call, and the subsequent interviews were face to face. Fairly straightforward. Can't fault the process. However at the end of the one-month process I received a low-ball salary and Publicis weren't open to negotiation. They wouldn't move a single dollar on the compensation amount. It was a little disappointing and although I received an offer, I was left feeling as though my seniority and experience wasn't truly seen through the interview process. I think it would have been a nice place to work, but ultimately if they can't meet local remuneration standards then they're not going to be able to attract top talent.

HR interview followed by set of interviews with panelists in the leadership team. I have asked to create presentation about telling my background, my interest and build an example work related to the applied job description.
