The interview process lasted approximately 30 minutes and was conducted online. I went through two separate interviews: one with HR and another with the hiring team. The first interview was aimed at helping me determine which role I wanted to pursue, with the HR representative providing an overview of the general workflow and presenting the options of either an Account Executive or Social Media. Four days later, I had the second interview with the manager of the team I would potentially be joining. During this interview, the manager discussed my role in greater detail, walked me through the processes, and provided expectations. I briefly shared my relevant experience and highlighted how my presence as an Account Executive could contribute to assisting the brand.
