Very professional. They got to the point quickly. They asked about prior experiences. That was their biggest concern. Overall I would say they cared about your work ethic the most.

When I went in to apply, I was already working under my team. I then had one in-person interview and it was mostly behavioral in nature. It wasn't super stressful and my team made the process daily seamless.
