Psychiatric Medical Care interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn and asked to do a virtual interview with their Help Desk lead and CIO. The interview process was largely pleasant and I got a good impression of the company. Questions were reasonable and the interviewers seemed engaged. I mark this as a neutral interview not because I didn't get an offer but because I was completely ghosted afterwards. I sent a thank you email to everyone on the call and received no reply and after 4 messages to the recruiter who set this up asking about possible next steps over the course of a month, I have received no reply. I think it is reasonable for an employer not to update you on your application if you aren't selected in the first steps but if I took off work to have an hour-long interview with you I feel like I at least deserve an actual "No" instead of just being completely dropped from all communication.
