I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PruittHealth (Union City, GA) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process was very professional and straightforward. First, I submitted my application and shortly after, I received a phone call to schedule an interview. During the interview, I was asked about my previous experience, my skills, and how I handle certain situations, especially working with residents. The interviewer also asked me scenario-based questions to see how I would respond in real-life situations. After the interview, I was given a tour of the facility and was able to ask any questions I had about the role. Overall, the process was smooth, informative, and gave me a clear understanding of what would be expected of me in the position.
