I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential in May 2014
Interview
Quick - two phone calls that were basic behavioral questions. One of them is with your employer and the other is with a member of their HR team. Phone calls lasted no more than 30 minutes each. They essentially asked the same questions each time but were worded a bit differently. Overall process was quick and easy.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential (San Jose, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
There were three stages to the interview process plus a background check after. The first was question interview (typical questions one can google online). The second stage was an assessment to see if you can actually do the job. The third was an interview with a panel.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ) in Jan 2015
Interview
Fairly Straight Forward. No technical questions. Mostly situational questions. They are trying to see if you'd be a good "fit" for the organization. Will first be a phone interview. Then if they are interested, they would invite you to the office for a 1:1 interview. You'll be interviewed by HR & the Management team within the organization you're applying to.
