two part interview - first with two managers (over the phone), second with director and mentor employee (also telephonic). Real world scenarios presented, questions asked about how they would be handled in work environment. The entire hiring process took FOREVER. The first interview happened after 2 weeks, then the second 2 more weeks later. Then I heard NOTHING for a month. Then I was told the funding was pulled, then another month later I was offered a job. It took a month to get all of the background screening completed. The whole process was FOUR months from application to start date. That is ridiculous.

It is good that they ask salary requirements, but difficult in that they do not publish any sort of range window, so you don't really know options going into it.
Two part interview which was organized well. First is with immediate supervisors to get to know you a little better. Second was with the hiring manager and senior team member to assess your active work skills
