Interview is over the top for seasonal help. There's a phone interview then an in person interview where they tell you to allot 2 hours and give you an assessment (several pages) and then an interview with the HR lady where she asks you general questions on a piece of paper she has and as you answer she writes your answers down word for word. Interview was a waste of time. It's a dead end job and these interview questions could have easily been asked over the phone to save time on both ends. Gives you an inside look at how ridiculous and outdated the company is.
