The initial stages of the interview went well. I passed the screening and the take-home test with flying colours. I had my final interview with some of the team members and my overall impressions were positive. I was told I would hear the results in a couple of days, but two weeks passed and I didn't hear a single word from anyone. The in-house recruiter ignored all of my follow-up emails, and the whole experience felt unprofessional and disappointing.
