The interview started nervously, with polite greetings and a firm handshake. Questions flowed about experience, skills, and problem-solving. Each answer felt measured, balancing honesty with confidence. By the end, the atmosphere relaxed, laughter emerged, and mutual respect formed. Leaving, there was a quiet hope that this conversation might lead to opportunity.
Strait forward and lead to employment for a multi year stint and was able to get to know many colleagues across multiple departments over the time I was employed. After employment things changed quickly however I was able to recover and stay with the company for 5 years.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Proxibid in Aug 2022
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, panel interview with team. Phone screen went well and was very informative out of the gate, which is refreshing. Hiring manager interview was a good mix of formal and informal. Team panel interview was okay, but all the team seemed highly distracted with doing work rather than interviewing. Don't think I had any one person's full attention the whole time.
