Make sure you know the mission statement by heart and repeat it over and over if you really want this job (you don’t). What you know isn’t necessary. Heard the pay and management wasn’t great anyway.
Online application filtered for keywords then a phone interview with a recruiter followed by a panel interview with the manger, lead and 1-2 staff RTs. Usually people hear back later the same week.

A pretty relaxed and comfortable interview more like a conversation. I had a tour of the hospital during the interview and was hired on the spot before I could sit back down.
