Video interview via email invitation. Passed that and was invited for an in person panel interview. Mostly behavioral questions. About 10-15 questions and additional follow up questions from panel. It was about an hour or longer interview.

Tell us about a time when you had a disagreement with your boss, what was the situation, how did you handle it and what was the outcome?

Interview
There were about 6 to 7 questions total. A lot of behavioral/tell me a time when questions, so be sure to have specific examples ready. The questions were more difficult compared to other hospitals I have interviewed at for a CNA 2 position.
