I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Proton.ai
Interview
Typical start up type interviews. In the last round just had you answer the question “what’s your life story”… met with multiple managers and team members during the interview process 1:1 or in small groups online.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Proton.ai in Jul 2022
Interview
I had one 30-minute call with PeopleOps, a 60-minute call with the hiring manager, and a 45-minute group interview (where they asked me to present an SBR for 15 minutes), all within a week timeline. This turnaround time led me to believe there was interest but immediately following the 3rd interview, a generic/templated "no thanks" email with no feedback was sent. Interview questions were very cut and dry, not a conversation at all. It didn't feel like there was an attempt to get to know the applicant at any point in the process.

Can you tell us a situation where you had a dissatisfied customer and how you worked to overcome that?
