Interview
3 Tech rounds were followed by 3 more Leadership rounds. Everyone kept bragging about Goldman Sachs culture. After all the rounds HR informed me to conduct the salary negotiation round. Then HR stopped responding to the the mails and phone calls. They literally wasted my 12+ hours of interview process. These people don't respects others time and effort. Spineless firm. Don't waste your time with them.
It had 3 rounds. 1st was OA in where there were 2 easy to medium DSA question. 2nd was technical in which basic DSA and dbms que were asked. Then 3rd was manager round which were also easy.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Protium (Bengaluru) in Mar 2022

There were three technical rounds followed by one managerial round .All the managers in protium are from bit tech giants like Goldman Sachs. they are like the building block of the organisation.

Question 1
round 1-> DSA (medium+easy) Leetcode and GFG(implement LRU cache, boundry traversal of tree, rotten oranges , max-Poduct-subarray )+ JAVA questions on threading and exceptional handling,
SDLC lifecycle methods and ACID properties, sql vs nosql, Project discussion, previous internship experience .....the level of DSA questions was quite good in this round compare to other rounds.
rount 2 -> DSA (medium + easy) Leetcode and GFG +JAVA question on interface and abstraction, Runtime Polymorphism , SQL based questions like join and 2 tier and 3 tier architecture of DBMS....
round 3 -> DSA +OS+JAVA+ Managerial round - this round was taken by the manager who has around 10 yrs of working experience at goldmensachs you can search his name on linkedin - VIVEK CHIKARA . in DSA he asked me about unique prime factors of a number , and few os questions like orphan process , how i debug code, what happens inside the compiler when the code runs and all there were a lot of quetions to check the abilities . it goes around one hour . i loved the convo with him ...
