At the end of the conversation she emphasized how it was ultimately whether you were a “cultural fit” to the company. Hah. Any company parading about saying how their culture is so inclusive and a “Ohana” but then facing potential candidates with this antagonizing, disengaged, and disinterested stance is clearly a very toxic family indeed. I am proud not to be a cultural fit for the “PrOhana.” A tacky waste of time from a company greedily expanding their customer portfolio while extending 0 compassion for their overloaded and understaffed workforce.
