ProService Hawaii uses TopGrading as its method of interviewing. This process asks very detailed questions on job functions, likes, dislikes, interactions with bosses and peers, and situational reactions from ALL past jobs. I had four 6-hour interviews with different groups of people - very grueling. The length and depth of the interviews, however, brings out more candid responses as many questions are repeated in different ways and repeated for each job listed in your job history.
