It took place over Zoom in multiple stages with different members of the team each time. It wasn’t very formal but at the same time they wanted to learn more about you as a person and see if there was a fit with their company culture.

Interview
Three interviews starting with their hr, then broker and finishing off with a founding partner. It was very quick and wasn't a long process. Everyone was extremely nice and seemed to have the same vision for the company and the people their looking for to build out the team.
