Interview
Initial phone interview. There wasn't much revealed specifically related to the job discussed with regard to how the operation functioned, work environment, etc. Also, there was not discussion about the salary offered until well into the screening. Since I declined moving forward because of the rate of pay, it would have made sense to cover that in the beginning of the discussion.

They queried my interests, activities and beliefs outside of the work environment, which later in the process would have been appropriate, but somewhat odd this early on.
