Asked basic questions about followthrough. Asked about memorable moments working with past clients. The interview was very easy.
It was a 1:1 interview at the Proof Positive office in Costa Mesa. Staff in the front desk were friendly, and interviewer was friendly. They have a social clinic near the interview room and the kids can get noisy at times.
Once I was hired they made me come back a few days later for a refresher training course and a quick test to determine if I would need shadowing or not. This was done with other new hires.
After the training they make you sign a contract stating that you will not leave the company for at least 4 months or you would have to pay them the cost of training. I was new to the field at the time so I signed it. I would never recommend signing a contract like this. I also don't know if something like the would even hold up in court because "training" is still work that you must be paid for.
It was shady of them to make you sign the contract at the end of the training session without any prior notice making you feel as if you have to sign it or you owe them money for the training you just completed.
