Proof Management interview questions

I thought I was interviewing for an events/marketing position but quickly realized this was not what the position is. The job title for this company has different names like event manager, marketing and sale specialist, etc. that sound like appealing professional jobs. Unfortunately through the interview process I found it was selling sample products at stores like Costco, Sam Club, etc. I was very disappointed and made that clear. My advice to the owner would be to stick to 1 name for the position. Do not deceive people with the job title to make it look appealing. The owner was the one who conducted the interview and she seemed very nice and passionate about the way she does business, which every business owner should be so that was great, but being an events professional I was very disappointed this was consider an “events” position.

It was a two interview process, with two phone calls with people high in the organization. The interviewers were very knowledgable and seemed to care really deeply for the organization.
