I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pronaca (Quito) in May 2013
Interview
The interview was quick. Lots of character questions, getting a feel for who you are as a person and where you're heading in life. It was a one on one process, directly speaking with the head executive of the treasury department as the interviewer. Professionally friendly interview. The interview lasted a total of 30min from the moment I stepped into the interviewers office.
