Interview
They utilize a behavioral interviewing method - with all questions requiring action items. Sometimes there will be multiple people interviewing the interviewee. It appeared during my interview that it was my future manager, a friend of hers, and her boss interviewing me. Did not seem very professional, but it was very laid back.
Several phone screens/short interviews with Recruiting manager, followed by two interviews with property managers. Overall process was easy, and took several weeks.
Filler sentence for 30 word requirement - clearly does not need 30 words.

One on one interview takes place at the property office by the property manager. Dress in business casual. Be honest and make sure to just be yourself as well. They are interested in your work ethic and overall personality to see if you can get along with the team or not. Experience is a plus, but not required.

Short interview with Property Manager. Was offered the position within two days. The interviewer was honest about where the property was headed ( it was being sold ) but she felt confident if we did our jobs well we would be made offers from our company as well as the new company.
