The interview process was generally positive, with one big caveat. I had three rounds of interviews, including a panel, and came away with a good impression of the team. I was told I'd hear back about next steps within a week or so. Unfortunately, after two weeks had passed without any word, I had no easy way to follow up. Scheduling and HR communications were handled through an automated third-party system that redirected me to contact the company. I reached out directly to the hiring manager from my first round and never received a response. Not hearing from a company after submitting an application is common. Going silent on a candidate after three rounds of interviews is different. The people I met were great; I just wish the closing had matched the rest of the experience.
